Hennikon Care Consult Ltd can support preparation, evidence review, policy development, governance improvement, mentoring and action planning. We cannot guarantee CQC registration, inspection ratings, commissioner decisions or any specific regulatory outcome.
Client responsibilities
Providers remain responsible for their own regulated activity, leadership decisions, staff management, policies, records, notifications, safeguarding duties, legal obligations and implementation of any recommendations. Consultancy support is designed to assist decision making and improvement; it does not transfer provider accountability.
